This name tag version was the first version used by most cast members at Walt Disney World from 1971 until 1975. 

The name tag features the WDW Mickey head globe logo.

The name tag was used by a cast member named Bob.

The name tag measures approximately 2 1/2 inches across by 1 inch tall.

The name tag is in good condition, wear from use and age, surface wear, paint loss; see pictures.
