Dispatch usually within 48 hours of purchase, via second class post. Brochure posted in a cardboard envelope, with a corrugated cardboard insert for stiffening purposes, with PLEASE DO NOT BEND clearly marked on the package. I always obtain proof of postage along with a receipt.
