This is a small cut glass bowl- nut bowl size.

Good size to put on your vanity or nightstand as a catch all.

Measures:  4-1/2" wide by 1-3/4" tall.

This is authentic American Brilliant period cut glass made from 1870-1920 approx.

This is signed in center BIRKS which was a jeweler/retailer back then who sold for specific companies.  This looks to be a Gundy Clapperton piece due to aspects of the design like the center star

Condition: cut glass over 120 years old, but this is considered decent condition for its age.   The rim has no completely missing teeth but there is one with the tip having a fleabite.  The rest of the rim wear are microscopic contact wear nips on the edges of the teeth if you feel for them with your fingers (this is common, well hidden and no one will notice it in the rim).  I have pictures going around the rim above, please see each one and examine teeth and beauty of the pattern.

*No Returns/Refunds Policy*...Please Note that we do not accept returns or refunds.  This is for 2 reasons- We sell antiques / vintage goods, therefore they are used, I provide photos of the exact items and not stock pictures so you can always see the exact item you will get.  Also all of our auctions are "Free Shipping" to our buyers, but I still have to buy postage and it is expensive!  I cant give full refunds on items when I cant get refunds on my shipping cost.  Please see the many pictures above, read our descriptions, and ask all questions before bidding as we will respond, and there should be no problems...  Thank you

*Damaged in shipment*... All of my items are insured against damage in transit.  All insurance claims are filed online now & there may be a delay in how long it takes the insurance company to process the refund, also USPS claims may require items to be physically taken the post office for inspection should they ask for them- often photos are not enough for the claim to be processed.
*Items lost in shipment or not received*... If they are lost in transit, we will be required to wait the specified time by the shipper to file the insurance claim- there is no other way to do this as that is their rules and we will have to wait their time limits.
