I had these on my truck for 1 year to tow my camper and removed them when I sold my truck. They have all the hardware (plug pigtails, seals, original protective sleeves for shipping) and work flawlessly.  They install in 30 minutes, tops, and just plug n play. I sealed the pigtail wires to the mirror connector to stop wind noise coming into cab and to prevent loose connections. You pull them out to extend and push in to retract.
