Up for sale is a 1985 Garbage Pail Kids OS1 Stormy Heather sticker card (#7a), graded PSA 8. The reverse side is the Juvenile Delinquency Award and the finish is Glossy (not Matte). 

Condition: Card is "Near Mint - Mint" as shown on the label.
