The item that you are viewing corresponds to the book ‘Perch’ by Kenneth Mansfield published as part of the highly collectable ‘How to Catch them’ series. The book is
a fourth printing published in 1958
by Herbert Jenkins Limited.
The book is being offered for sale in an OK/good condition for
its age. The book comes with a full colour reproduction non-price-clipped
dustwrapper, photocopied from another book that I have in my own personal
collection. The original source dustwrapper has the usual rub, shelf-wear and
nibbling associated with its periphery/edges. The reproduction dustwrapper now
comes protected by a clear cellophane outer cover. The book’s light blue boards
remain in a generally good condition, with just a couple of marks along the
spine edge and rear board. The top and bottom of the spine are also slightly bumped.
The front board and spine also have some sun fade associated with them. Internally,
the book’s pages remain in a mostly good clean condition, with some faint fox spotting
to the first and last few pages. Specifically, the pages have some darkening
and occasional fox spotting to their collective outer face. Please study my
accompanying images for more details of this book and its dustwrapper.
This book comes from a non-smoking
household.
Thanks for looking and good luck.

All items tend to be sent by second class post to help reduce your
P & P costs and within two working days. Note that this is the slowest of
the English Postal Service's options. If you wish to receive your items any
quicker or by other routes (recorded, tracked etc) then please contact me and I
will provide you with a revised P & P costs. The English postal service is
usually very reliable, but items can go astray. A proof of posting will always
be obtained but I cannot be held responsible once your item enters the postal
system. That said, I will do all I can to help on these very rare occasions. I
am willing to post outside of the UK - please contact me for cost of posting
should this be required. I am very happy to combine your items in a single
package and reduce P & P costs accordingly. Once again, please contact me
and I'll provide you with a revised P & P costing. Note that your item(s)
will only be sent once payment has been received.
