Absolutely stunning skirt from SOFT SURROUNDINGS. Please check out all of the photos to appreciate! First, although the skirt fabric/construction is in excellent condition, some of the elasticity in the waist is gone. Still stretches, but much larger than the PS size. Please check measurements and remember the fully stretched waist must fit over your hips, probably 40" and below. Now to why I bought this to bring to eBay! Patchwork panels of rayon and cotton fabrics, purple being the main color, embroidered, silver metallic, florals and stripes, Moroccan ribbon along the hem, cotton slip layer below.

Hips: 25" (slip 23.5").
