Hi! PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY AND IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE YOU PURCHASE! (I get paid by the word! Don't I wish.) I own a lot of Pokemon, most of which was purchased in 1999 and 2000. Sealed boxes. Sealed cases. English. Japanese. French. Spanish. Italian. Portuguese. (Pokemon was my lifetime investment.) Some of what I own goes for tens of thousands of dollars. And a lot more. I say this not to brag, but to tell you that this Turmoil starter deck is perhaps the rarest single Pokemon item I own! For real. I recently saw ONE listing (it was on eBay) for a factory sealed Turmoil starter deck. It was selling for $1,500. I think that price is way UNDERVALUED. Based on factory sealed Turmoil starter deck's low print run, I think $3,000 would still be a very fair price. Turmoil was a starter deck for the Pokemon Legendary Collection expansion series. Try finding boxes of that. Oh, you can find a few here and there, but they will require a fat wallet or taking out a second mortgage. I only have ONE of these super rate Turmoil starter decks. Years ago, I traded a 16 year old Pokemon whiz kid--he taught me more about Japanese Pokemon than anyone I ever knew--for this deck, which is open but never played. All 61 cards are beautiful and it even includes the holo card, the coin and Pokemon checklists for every English expansion series out to that point in time. The trade was simple. He wanted nine banned Japanese Pokemon cards that he valued around $1,200. My cost for those cards was far less than that. I just got lucky opening Japanese packs back in the day. This is a Buy It Now listing. In the more than 23 years I have been buying and selling on eBay, I have never lowered the listing price on any Buy It Now listing. The reason is quite simple. THIS IS NOT MY HOBBY. THIS IS HOW I HAVE TO EARN A LIVING FOR THE PAST 27 YEARS, INCLUDING THE LAST 23 YEARS ON EBAY. That means all my prices have to be fair. Because this is how I earn a living, I have to sell all my items in a timely manner. Otherwise, I will hear my wife say something like this: "Hey, Jerry, when are you going to make a deposit at the bak?" Fortunately that has not happened too often in the past 23 years. I have priced this to sell in a timely manner. The price is $708.88. Not a penny more. Not a penny less. AGAIN, THIS IS THE RAREST POKEMON ITEM I OWN. But one of the least expensive! Now, the rules: 1) No discount. The price is the price. And it is fair, but only if you want it. 2) Please add $18.85 for insured shipping if you live in the continental U.S. 3) I also sell worldwide through eBay's International Shipping Program. Check eBay for details. I have shipped to 30 countries and 49 states but NEVER to South Dakota. Why is that? 3) 4) If you have a  question, please ask. 5) I am proud of my feedback on eBay, encompassing more than 7,400 separate transactions since 2000. 6) If you have a few more minutes, please see my other listings, including my weekly vintage Pokemon pack auctions that always start at 88 cents with no reserve. 7) The most important rule--DON'T FORGRT RULE NUMBER ONE. Thanks for reading the description. You have now read more in the past few minutes than the Orange Menace has probably read in his adult life. Not kidding. Have a merry. You will have this rare Pokemon item in your hand before Christmas if paid for by December 20. Jerry
