Vintage little girls hat by Arlin.   100% wool.  Inside measurement is 6.5 inches by 6.5 inches.  This is a pretty bright pink with a black ribbon and bow.  It is showing some signs of age  up close with some pitting in the wool felt.  Please see pictures.  Still a lovely hat to wear and in overall great vintage condition.
