Folk Art Metal Balance Pendulum Teeter Totter Toy WITH STAND Santa On Reindeer. 17" tall on stand. I don't know the age. One side the Santa has paint chips on the coat red (on arm) & white(bottom) area (photos up close) the other side has paint chips to the ball on the bottom of the Pendulum & the Santa has paint chips kinda rust on the leg & Reings on the Reindeer.  The base has some paint chipping as well (all photoed) 2lbs 2oz
