Worn once for a Halloween costume. No rips, stains, holes, or smells.

Length apx 20". There is elastic on each leg to hold them up and accentuate their puffy design.

Elastic waist starts at 28" and stretches comfortably to a 32" fit. It could go a little higher but it may effect the fluffiness of the intended look and fit.Ruffles are worn in back. Unfortunately, no pockets. Unlined. It does have nice hanger loops.
