Up for sale today is a rare, out-of-print VCD featuring the lovely idol Minayo Watanabe. Content wise, it is about 30 minutes or so of still photos set to music and Miss Watanabe speaking (couldn't tell you what she says.) This disc is quite hard to find, even in Japan.
Please note that this is a Video CD (VCD), NOT a DVD. It will play in most DVD players, but not all. Additionally, this is a VCD2.0 disc with Play Back Control (PBC) which not all DVD players support. Japanese audio with no English captioning.
Fun fact: it would appear the video contents are identical to the rare LaserActive "game" of the same name. Of course, VCDs have much lower quality than a LaserDisc.
Overall condition is "Video Good". Case has some light wear, mainly on the back. Obi appears to have no wrinkling or other defect. Disc is scratch free and plays great.
