Proof of posting obtained for every item and in the unlikely event item gets lost in the post (please allow 15 working days for UK destinations, 20 working days for EU and 25 workings days for outside the EU) you will receive a full refund and we will pass all the details of the transaction on to Royal Mail to investigate the matter. If you receive your item and it is not as described due to our mistake or it arrived damaged, please contact us and retain the evidence as we will need it to resolve the matter.
