Item appears new in open box.  Hansgrohe 40438341 A41 Soap Dispenser in Brushed Black Chrome.  The item does have a factory flaw on the edge at the top of the spout, (can see in last photos), isnt really that noticeable as there is a sheen to the item.  You will receive everything that is shown in photos and that is all.  This item may be shipped Fedex Home Delivery or UPS Ground.
