This brochure is from 1956.  It has been stored by an airplane collector for many decades.  You can see from the pictures that the corners of the covers have slight dog ears.  There is some dirt/mildew on the corners, especially top front cover.  The pages are showing yellowing towards the edges.  The staples in the centerfold do not show much rust.
