Up for your consideration is this gorgeous vintage southwest petit point ring. This large ring is made from solid sterling silver, and is beautifully detailed and set with 24 teardrop shaped turquoise stones around the edge, and 5 small round turquoise stones down the center. The face of this ring measures just over 1 1/8" wide by 1 3/4" from top to bottom. The teardrop shaped turquoise cabochons each measure approximately 5mm in length. The round ones measure 3mm in diameter.

This ring is a size 7 3/4 and is in overall good vintage condition. The one condition issue is that one side of the ring shank isn't attached to the back of the face> This is highlighted in the last photo. This is an easy fix at a jeweler. The ring is wearable as-is, but having it re-soldered with a laser is recommended. This ring is not hallmarked, but tests positive for solid sterling silver and is guaranteed as such.
