Payment I Thunderspeed

•We accept payment through PayPal ONLY. Please make sure you have a valid PayPal account before bidding.

•Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. It is the buyer's responsibility for these charges if need. Please check with your country's customs office prior to bidding/buying.

•Payment should be cleared within 7 days of auction closing. Or it will cause UPI(unpaid item case) on your account leading to be suspended or restricted by eBay when those UPI cases carry over to certain amount. •Any problems please contact us for more details.

Shipping I Thunderspeed

•We ship to worldwide via Air-Mail from China with despatching time of 1-3 business days after the payment cleared.

•For US lower 48 states and below 2 kgs orders, we will ship via. ePacket from China, with which you will get a USPS tracking number for the parcel. Delivery time is normally 7-15 business days.

•For international orders below 2 kgs orders, we will ship by registered mail via. China Post. Delivery time is normally 15-35 business days. •For all orders(Including combined orders) above 2kgs, we will ship via. Express Mail Service(EMS or DHL). Delivery time is normally 5-15 business days. Additional charge may needed for remote areas.

•We ONLY ship to verified paypal address. If you need to change shipping address you must add it to your paypal account before sending payment. Express Mail Service requires your correct telephone number. Please leave your valid phone number when place order.

•Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Buyer will be responsible for those charges if necessary.

When buying from Thunderspeed, you are protected by below policy.

30 Days Return & Refund

•We accept return & refund for no reason within 14 days upon delivery.

•Please contact us by eBay Messages prior to ship the item back. Otherwise, we will not accept the return parcel.

•All return items MUST be in original condition which means the item is never installed or used and in the original packaging.

•Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

•Shipping cost of your order is NOT refundable.

45 Days Warranty

•If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 14 days.

To save your time, please enclose pictures to show the damaged package and product or the defects of the item. So that we can solve the problem for you after conform the condition from the pictures.

•All item comes with basic 45 days Sellers Warranty. If the item becomes defective in 45 days upon delivery, we will reship replacement without extra charge after we receive the pictures and conform.

•If item defects after 45 days, you can also contact us. We are pleased to do our best to solve the problem for you.
