Description:  This is a model of the fossil mammal “Phenacodus” of the Eocene, about 55 million years ago. A primitive ungulate  (hoofed mammal) and common fossil animal of it’s time.
I (Mike Eischen) sculpted the model in zbrush and made a 3d prototype from this file.  From the prototype I made a silicone mold from  which I cast the resin model for sale. The molds last for only so many casts so the models will be limited.
Notice– I base all my sculpts on reconstructed museum skeletons.
