The WHOLE package. This costume comes with shirt, pants, cap, wig and some FREE make-up. BONUS DVD of how to apply some make-up. Make-up kits are not used but have melted some in storage. This costume has been aged with garden dirt, scissors. Only worn once and I took 1st prize. I have included a picture of the makeup I wore. The wig is clean, one size fits all. The DVD looked like it had some of the melted make-up on it but I took it out and put it in my computer and it looks like it is OK.
