Latin name - Plectranthus Tomentosa. This plant grows as a spreading succulent. It grows and looks much like Cuban Oregano. It is also known as the Vicks Plant. The leaves really do smell like vaporub.

This plant grows great in containers. It makes a really nice houseplant. The leaves are juicy and have lots of medicinal properties. It is high in Thymol content which makes it very useful for its anti-bacterial properties.

This plant needs temperatures above 40 degrees. It will take a frost but may suffer a little in colder weather. In the summer they grow like weeds into a bush and grow quite quickly. They make great houseplants. They don't need much light. Direct sun will make the leaves turn more yellow in color. Partial shade gives them a more rich deep green color and larger leaves.
