Vintage Marbles Vitro Aqua Jewels The Pride of Young Americans Bag of 30 (approximately .5" wide each)

Condition: Unused, New In Unopened Pack.  The plastic bag has become a little cloudy with age.

Aqua Jewels, said to be Vitro's "most successful line of marbles". Described by Henry Fisher in 1967 as "hotter'n heck, has been for many years".

One unopened bag of vintage Aqua Jewels Marbles by Vitro! Made in Parkersburg, West Virginia in the 1950's. 

 First made in Gold, Crystal, Blue, Green and Azure. Ruby would come later, in 1958. It wasn't initially considered practical because of the high price and general shortage of selenium.

This is a vintage item, intended for use by adult collectors. This item is not suitable for children under 12 years old. Marbles present a choking hazard and should never be used with small children.
