UPON REQUEST AND BEFORE PAYMENT IS MADE, all items that are signed can have a COA (certificate of authenticity) included.  These certificates will only be provided IF AND ONLY IF, a customer requests one.  If one is requested after payment is made there is no guarantee we can provide you with one especially if the item has already been shipped.
