In it's original box with all parts used to hang it.
It was taken down and wrapped in Wall Street Journal in 1965.
It has a light bulb and a florescent circle light bulb.
It is in great condition, but does have a small nick in the edge of the glass, which is shown in a photo.

It measures 12 1/4" across the center.
From top to the bottom of the glass globe fastener, it measures 7 1/4".
From top to end of screw without the fastener, 6 1/8 ".
From top to hole in center, (without taking in the length of the screw), 5 1/2".
