Thanks for looking.  This is an old rack/stand that appears to be all original except for the mounting hardware and perhaps the horizontal dowel on the front that appears to be a slightly lighter color.  Some of the ball and dowel 'fretwork' at the top comes in at slightly different heights, so it's possible that some of those are replacements, but the color match is quite good. Very cool 'double helix' carving on the side.  Have a look at all of the photos to help ascertain the overall condition.  Feel free to email if you have any questions about the piece or need more photos.  I see most racks like this described as being made of Oak, but I cannot be sure if this is an Oak piece.
