Loran 90 Chrome High Bias Blue Lexan Thermoplastic Shell - New Sealed Cassette - Made In USA

Heat Resistant - Impact Resistant - Patented Anti-Jamming Device - Reversible Erase/Record Tabs

Blue Lexan shells utilized high quality AGFA Cobalt Chrome Type II tape formulation. Made in USA

Made of Lexan thermoplastic, which is much more resistance to impact and extreme heat.  Lexan was chosen by Loran to provide a blank cassette that was more suited for use in the fluctuating temperatures of automotive environments, especially a car's interior during hot summer days, which could easily warp a conventional cassette's housing.

The tabs covering the write-protect notches of Loran cassettes have built-in plastic mechanisms that open or close the notch by turning the mechanism with a small flat-blade screwdriver or a fingernail, as opposed to the write-protect tabs of other cassettes which were broken out. Rerecord by just turning the mechanisms, no need for sticky tape.

New & Factory Sealed Blank Cassette Tape - 45 Minutes Each Side = 90 Minutes - Sold As Is

I owned a Stereo Shop back in the 1980's and was a dealer for many audio and video Companies including Loran
This is new old stock from my Stereo Shop.
I conducted an experiment as to what would happen if you placed 1 Loran and 3 other name brand cassettes in an oven....
The 3 name brand tapes warped and one melted.
The Loran tape did not warp, played fine and showed no signs of being in an oven.
