All items will be despatch by either Austpost satchels or Ebay satchels through the standard delivery services with the allocated time frame provided by Austpost Australia. We will pack the items the best we can to protect your item(s), should any of you items arrived broken please let the team at know so that we can arrange a replacement or a refund (cost of product excluding freight cost) depending on which alternative is best for you.
