The front fender is the same width as the rear unlike the the other Polo set I have on my store. I only have a few sets like this in stock. Look at the drawing and last photo to determine if the rear fender will fit your frame.  Original New old stock 20" bicycle Rear fender made in 1950's thru 1960's this tire is 3" wide straight across and is for a balloon tire.
