Early 19th century portrait drawing dated 1823

A beautiful portrait drawing of a handsome young gentleman dated 1823.

Sitter and artist currently unknown but it has a very Jean-Auguste-Dominique Ingres (1780-1867) feel about it.

Pencil on paper With visible watermark to the reverse (pictured under light) later framed, paper is in fair condition with spotting and discolouration, this does not distract from the piece.
