International  buyers (if selling option is available for US) please note possible border  delays due to customs, unexpected mail carrier service disruptions or fees, which is beyond seller's control, includes US eBay taxes, carrier fees, tariffs, etc. Tracking and insurance (up to $100) would be included where  possible.
