This pendant has updated wiring and is ready to hang.
She is made of solid brass and has a lovely aged patina.
No chips or dents in the brass - just two small, normal hairline cracks in the brass ceiling canopy, which don't effect the use or the look (see closeup).
The beautiful antique basket weave and dogwood flower reverse painted shade has no chips or cracks and looks amazing when lit. :) It has a small area with some loss to the outer painted finish on the base of the shade, but nothing that takes away from the beauty of the piece.
She uses 1 standard-base light bulb up to 60 watts or use LED bulbs for any brightness you like, as they use low wattage for bright light and don't produce much heat.
Light bulb and ceiling mount screws not included.

The late Bob Daly was a marathon runner and worked in his family's burgler alarm business until he started his own antique lighting restoration business in Fenton, Michigan in the 1980's: "Historic Lighting Restoration Services and Sales". He was restoring antique lighting for almost 40 years. From new wiring to cleaning to touching up, buffing and polishing, Bob was a master at the details. He loved what he did and was excited to share these restored works of art with the next generation (see a newspaper article picture of him in photo #24). He worked with loving care, and you can be proud to own one of his restorative works of art. We are certainly proud to have acquired his amazing collection, as we also restore and sell antique lighting and love to share it with all of you who want true antique pieces that have historic personality in your homes and buildings.
