An adorable vintage girl’s dress from Rowe's of Bond Street in England. It features a Peter Pan collar and a gathered waist.  There is a button placket with a bow in the front and a self belt at the waist.   The size tag is no longer attached but we have provided detailed measurements to verify the fit.

The condition is excellent.  We note that one belt loop needs to be reattached on the top side. See photos.
