It says 13 inch on the frame, but I measure about 15" from bb to top of seat tube where clamp is.  So Im not sure if this is a small or medium.

The frame weighs 1.827 kg. with bottom bracket, front derailer, seat post clamp and head set races, So I would estimate this to be a 1.5-1.6kg frame. It feels really light weight. 

Im guesing head angle is at 70 degrees, 

Horizontal top tube is around 560 mm

Reach is around 385 mm. 

72 or 73 seat tube angle

Just frame, no derailer, chain or head set races.
