Santoku Knife(三徳 包丁)

This knife is perfect for slicing or chopping all ingredients such as fish, meat or vegetables. This knife is also good for filleting fish or slicing meat.

The Blade is 本割込(Honwarikomi)structured. The blade is extremely sharp and has high corrosion resistance. The core material of the blade is forged V金ゴールド(VG)and the clad steel is SUS410.  Additionally, the blade has been(DP 処理)DP treated which generates a superior high carbon quality. This Japanese technology combination will take your cooking preparation and culinary experience to the next level.
