🕹️ Atari Joystick Adapter for Tandy Color Computer Line and More! 🕹️

Our adapter works with the following systems allowing you to connect a Atari 2600 style joystick to it.
Simply plug the cable on our adapter into whichever of the two joysticks ports on the above computers you need. They are labeled left and right on Tandy systems. Some games might need the right or left. You can simply switch to the other port if needed, or buy two adapters so you can have Atari style joysticks on both ports! 

The adapter supports a second fire button on pin 9 if this is supported by your Atari joystick and the game you are playing. The second fire button is not supported on the Tandy Color Computer 1 and 2 systems. Support for the second fire button was added to the Tandy Color Computer 3 and the Tandy 1000 line.

If you only need a single button joystick, we make a very slim and comfortable Atari compatible arcade style joystick. It works great with our adapter! Click to see our Atari compatible Joystick. This joystick has two buttons, but they are not independent like the Joy2B+ joystick mentioned above. They are both button 1, and are for left or right handed players to have a button on the side they prefer.

The cable for the adapter is about 18 inches long to allow for easier placement of the adapter and access to the joystick port.

The case has a small sleek design. Size of the case is 2.15" wide x 1.89" tall x .94" thick (54.5mm wide x 48.1mm tall x 24mm thick)

The original joysticks designed for these systems are not the most reliable or comfortable, but our adapter allows you to use the more abundant Atari style joysticks! These are commonly used on the Atari 2600, all Atari computers, Commodore computers, etc.

If a game requires an analog joystick for precise sliding movement (like arkanoid) you would need a true analog joystick. This adapter converts a digital joystick to analog for games looking for 4 or 8 way support (space invaders, pac-man, donkey kong, etc).

No joysticks, or Tandy computers are included. 

The case is 3D printed and we designed it ourselves. We take pride on quality looking designs and quality 3D prints. The PCB is also our own design.
