This is a new with tags (NWT), vintage, rare Auburn Sportwear men's windbreaker jacket, size large (L), made in the 1990s for a Philadelphia Energy Company (PECO) "High Energy" internal ad campaign around the time they merged with Unicom to become part of Exelon. This was owned by a late, former PECO employee and Philly / Delaware County (Delco) native who never wore it.

The jacket has two front pockets, zips up, and features 4 button snaps: 2 at the collar and 2 at the waist. It's mostly black with a teal collar, zipper, and inner flap. It has the "High Energy" logo in purple, yellow, and pink on the front. The lining is white. Made of 100% DuPont Supplex nylon in USA.

From the tag: "This garment is made of Supplex, the high tech nylon that looks, feels, and breathes like cotton. Supplex is softer than standard nylon because it's made from more numerous filaments. Supplex is windproof and breathable. Cottony soft, yet strong. Water resistant, quick drying. Stain and fade resistant. Lightweight, packable."
