This is brand new, sealed package, unplayed with, BUT unfortunately the rubber band that held bow on the cat appears to have disintegrated in package due to age. It has left some debris in package that you can see in pics. No problem if you plan to take pets out of pkg and play with them, will just need to brush them off—but thought anyone who collects and keeps in package would want to know.
