Offered here are three mud/clay figurines from China. Two of the figures have the hole/impression in the bottom of the figure; one hole is still filled. The third has no impression on the bottom but has a vent hole.
The figure of the older man holding the fish is impressed on the bottom with "China Made In". The other two figures have no such mark.
Face, hands and feet are unglazed. Colors are bright. 3 3/4 to 4 1/2 inches.
From online reading, these figures would appear to be from the late 19th or early 20th century. But I am no expert on these figures.
