When will it ship?
Due to the high price of fuel, items will be shipped within 3 business days of when we receive your payment, not including weekends or federal holidays. If you need your item sooner, please message us prior to payment. Items will typically be sent via USPS, but other shipping options are available (please ask).
Do you offer combined shipping?
We happily combine shipping on multiple orders, saving us time and you money!
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping cost. It has to be in the same condition it was shipped out / received in. PLEASE contact us before opening a return request.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, through the Global Shipping Program. Please inquire with eBay about cost and availability.
Can I pick it up in person?
No, we don't offer local pickups unless otherwise specified.
What if there's a problem?
Customer service is our top priority! If you have any problems with your order, please allow us the opportunity to resolve the issues by getting in touch with us through eBay's messaging system. We respond quickly and will do whatever we can to fix any problems.
