Mead watch Co. Boulevard Pocket Watch Movement. Parts or Repair.

Dial has very minimal wear for its age. Does have mismatched hands on the face. Back of movements seem shiny and bright. Ballast swings and runs for several seconds but second hand does not move. Movement is being sold for parts or repair

The only thing that is being sold is a watch movement anything that may get in the pictures by accident is not included.
