Designed as a single layer do it all for hi intensity riding - wear with a warm base layer on cool days or add a jersey mid layer for colder days. Race cut, 18.5" across the chest, 16.5" across the waist and 20.5" neck to waist measurement, fit my 5'10" 160lb frame snug. Zippers on sleeves to ventilate or make it easy to get on and off.
A good piece which I don't wear as much in winter now as I do mostly zone 2 and need something with a bit more room for a third layer. If I was training however it would accommodate hard efforts and breathe well.
