This is a RARE ANTIQUE PAPER CUTTER made of WOOD & CAST IRON.

Unlike paper cutters that use a handle, this one uses a manual rolling blade wheel on the back that glides across the metal handle.

It still WORKS GREAT and is very SHARP.

It has a 9" measurement on the side. It has a 4 feet on the bottom.

It is 13.5" long, 10" wide, and 3.75" in height.

It is in Fine condition with some surface wear to the wood due to age and prior use, such as scratches and indentations.
