Vintage and original 1960s and 1970s era West German Army (Bundeswehr) leather sling for standard HK model combat rifle of the period. All leather with metal fittings and made in Germany, this item is genuine European military surplus, and is new/old stock. They have been in cold storage for many years so, although unissued, may contain very minor flaws such as traces of mildew, faint patina on metal parts, or very light surface scuffs. Most look mint, but just keep this in mind as I cannot examine each one with a looking glass and note every flaw. I have cleaned each sling with a dry cloth, wiping off any dust or residue, but I would recommend oiling and or cleaning with saddle soap before you use it.
