A Raymor vase as marked on the bottom "R1883 Raymor Italy".  The vase is 6" tall and has a diameter of 4 3/4".  The inside is a lovely blue color and this color is repeated on the base.  There is a small chip on the base which is not visible unless you turn the vase upside down.
