What a very handsome piece of Royal Winton porcelain.  This mid century piece measures; 3"H x 7.25"W.  Rich blue in color with silver trim and handles, and white raised enamel roses in the center.  Maker's marks on underside.  Could be used to serve small pieces in or a lovely pedestal soap dish in a bathroom.
