Resistance is magnetic (not a friction pad or band). Set in increments from 1-16.
Electronic resistance adjustment from the LCD controls (Batter powered 3xAA batteries). Also has emergency stop button.
Can be linked to the iFIT app on your tablet and iFIT can then control the resistance. Note iFIT requires a subscription that is not included. Can be linked to most Bluetooth heartrate monitors.

I have used this bike quite a lot with iFIT. I am selling because wife now have a Peloton and we don't need both.
Fully assembled and working.
Buyer will need to collect from CT5 or alternatively from ME19 by arrangement.
