Vintage and rare MY GO TO BED BOOK by Hildegard Ford and illustrated by Mary Win. This 1956 “A Little Cuddle Book” printed on soft cotton fabric with bedtime theme may be just the right book to fall asleep with 💤. This book is in extremely nice collector-owned condition. It has sturdy but soft cloth covers and pages suggesting light use by at least one Baby Boomer!

Book is nicely designed and includes nursery level text and adorable colorful illustrations - a lovely example of mid 20th century early childhood nursery literature, ready to use as is, collect, or to repurpose into something wonderfully creative!

This sixty-eight year old item has what may be considered insignificant surface wear to pinked edges and stitched spine; plus faint discoloration from gentle handling, age or production. It has been well cared for and the subtle coloration suggests it was probably washed and ironed at least once before being stored decades ago. I would consider it exceptionally nice for its age, but please zoom in and make your own decision prior to purchasing.
