Complete with all parts wrapped in original plastic.

I am saying used because I am not the previous owner. Previous owner said never used just opened, I saw the inside was wrapped in plastic. Got home and took out of its original box to make sure it was complete and saw a tiny bit of rust on a very small area ( see picture). This made me wonder if it had been used? I am marking it used although I believe it never was, only because of this small rust area. I believe this rust area developed in storage in its original box. Because it does not look used at all.

Plugged up it heated up fast. Light comes on, and it rotated.

I realize SHIPPING is outrageous on this large heavy item. If you are sure you want this please let me know your zip before purchasing and I will see if there is a cheaper way to ship it. I have given eBay correct size and weight to calculate with your zip through USPS.
