What does CAN Bus mean?
CAN Bus means Controller Area Network Bus. This system monitors your vehicle and reports operating conditions. CAN Bus systems are commonly found in European vehicles such as BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Porsche, and in many American vehicles. While most late model American vehicles have CAN Bus systems, it is always good to check with your vehicle dealer to see which system your vehicle has before purchasing electrical products.
When do you need Warning Canceller?
Some vehicles with cmplex internal computers(such as Audi,BMW,Jaguar,Mercedes,etc.) might report on-dash errors or flickering on the headlights. The warning canceller fixes the dashboard warning and flickering effect.
Bulb Out Dashboard Error: On some vehicles, the dashboard will report as if you have a headlight bulb missing or burnt. It does not affect the headlights functioning, but the light on-dash will be on. The warning canceller fixes the issue.
Flickering Issue: This happens when your vehicle does not recognize the new headlights installed. When turning the headlights on, the vehicle's computer does not understand the signal back from the headlights hence thinking they are still off. This triggers the headlight flickering effect. The warning canceller solves this issue.
Need Canbus decoder/ resistor?
The BEVINSEE A01 series LED bulbs can work well on most vehicles. But when it's changed to LEDs to cause the flickering or error code on your vehicle, you will need one pair of the decoder to cancel the error.

Q1: Will the bulbs suitable for my vehicle?
1. If you are not sure about your bulb model, please check the ebay fitment as the instruction above.
2. Check the owner's manual, or better yet, physically inspecting the bulb in the vehicle beforehand.
3. Contact us with your vehicle make/model/year via eBay message to ensure you get everything you need for your kit!

Q2: What if I encounter a dashboard error message or flickering?
 All the Bevinsee LED headlight bulbs are designed with plug and play, and CANBUS ready. While there are a few sensitive vehicles might occur an error or flickers. The warning Canceller solves this problem.

Q3: Neither side lighting up? Both sides flicker, flash, or work inconsistantly.
Pls kindly Check the headlight fuses, and then check the ballast plugs to insure correct installation. If this doesn't work, your car may need a relay or resistor.

Q4: How to get the best light output?
 When the LED CHIPS are facing left and right(3-9 o'clock) direction and the lamp body stays vertical at 12-6 o'clock direction, you will get the best light output. Please check out the installation video on the product detail page.

Q5: What should I do if there is a quality problem?
Please send ebay message to us, we will solve any problems for you as soon as possible.

Q6: The bulbs doesn't fit my vehicle.
1. The bulbs size maybe wrong, pls double check before order.
2. For some socket, such as H1, H3, H7, special bulb holder may be required. Pls send us the photo of your bulbs, bulb socket, and we will check for you.

Q7: There is only high beam no low beam or DRL function?
1. It may be brightness between high beam, low beam and DRL is not very obviousely. And you can not feel the change when you switch. If your need obviouse model, pls contack with us and we will recoment to you.
2. Bevinsee V1 and A18 series, H4 socket is single beam item.

Q8: Warrning about polarity
Please kindly check the polarity when connecting the plug. If the LED bulb does not light up or work properly after installing, please flip the plug around to reconnect.
