Potentiometer to replace variable speed switch #15955 for Vitamix
From a US supplier these are high quality pre-wired switches. Using the detailed instruction simply open your machine remove the old switch and connect the new switch. These are slide on connectors no soldering needed. We've sold over a thousand of these kits with everything you need to make the repair. This is the same switch you may pay $25 - $30 for from other sellers.
If your blender (in the variable speed mode) skips speeds as you turn the knob you need a NEW variable speed switch.
The company charges about $100 plus shipping to fix this part. You can replace it for less than $20.
This is the switch that was used on the 5000, 5200, VM0101and others. Any model that has 2 or 3 wires (if you need the 3-wire version put it in the note section when placing order). Not for Professional 300 machines.
