The brooch is in the form of a floral wreath garland.  Enamelling in Blue, green, yellow and red.  

The brooch measures approximately 4.5cm diameter

The brooch is fully hallmarked to the back.  

It has a simple 'c' clasp fitting, which is a little bit bent, but actually helps keep the pin closed securely.  

I have taken close up photographs of a couple of areas where there could be very slight irregularities to the enamel. 

I can't see any damage when looking with a loupe or at the close up photographs.
